Today, after many years of experience, for the first time I answered rudely to a customer: I'd had enough! But really the customer is always right?


1) NO when you begin to haggle on the price as we were at the market

me?? I say that you want and pay the customer's true services .. .. indeed anyone banning them you're coming .. well it takes forever but respect for both the hotel and for those who work there. We are NOT DOORMATS receptionist!
